Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure optimal service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, to ensure efficient and accurate processing of guest transactions.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest accounts, including payments and charges.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- 1 or more years of experience in a related position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front office procedures.
