Role Overview:

To enhance our service to over 1 million clients nationwide, we are in search of committed Customer Service Professionals for our Affordable Choice division. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming calls to deliver exceptional service and effective solutions to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls efficiently while providing outstanding service.
  • Assess customer needs, investigate issues, and propose suitable solutions.

Essential Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED); Associate's Degree is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center environment, ideally within health or life insurance customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Proficient in utilizing various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Capability to analyze information while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous.
