Job Title: Route Sales Representative

At New Carbon Company, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Route Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our valued customers, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver products and provide service support to customers on assigned routes, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Achieve sales targets and generate leads for new business opportunities.
  • Introduce new product lines or price changes to increase sales at each stop.
  • Provide waffle iron maintenance at customer facilities in accordance with company policy.
  • Work with customers to resolve any complaints, escalating complex issues to management.
  • Manage inventory, including proper rotation of product and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Well-spoken and persuasive communication skills to effectively make sales pitches.
  • Independent spirit and ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Eye for detail and commitment to ensuring the quality of products sold.
