Position Title: IT Business Process Optimization Manager

Location: Hybrid

Overview:

As an IT Business Process Optimization Manager, you will be instrumental in harmonizing technological solutions with our organizational goals. Your role will involve fostering a collaborative environment to inspire innovative solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams from both business and IT sectors, ensuring the smooth integration of new processes and systems. Your capability to grasp business requirements and convert them into actionable strategies will be vital. This position will be essential in the rollout of Salesforce in the upcoming year, along with the continuous enhancement of processes and technologies to generate value aligned with the business vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Collaboration:
    • Establish and nurture robust relationships across all organizational levels.
    • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape, including processes, objectives, and requirements.
    • Engage proactively with business partners to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement and innovation.
    • Align efforts to execute initiatives that deliver value in accordance with business strategies.
    • Serve as a liaison between business and IT.
  • Solution Development and Implementation:
    • Facilitate the Salesforce implementation across various business units by understanding requirements and establishing user stories.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
    • Utilize insights into business challenges to identify technological or process-driven solutions.
    • Conduct thorough process analysis to document and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Promote value-driven decision-making and strive for unified processes across all divisions.
    • Maintain a strong technical knowledge of Salesforce and related systems.
    • Foster relationships with the Salesforce team and user community.
    • Optimize expenditure by evaluating adoption and value realization.
    • Assist with basic Salesforce configuration as required.
    • Collaborate with project management to oversee testing processes and ensure issue resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Drive the advancement and adoption of solutions by working with business leads and IT on projects and enhancements.
    • Identify opportunities where technology can improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with business units to enhance capabilities in people, processes, and tools.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and facilitate adoption.
    • Encourage innovation by leveraging advanced tools like AI and machine learning.
  • Change Management:
    • Prepare the organization for changes stemming from process improvements.
    • Create training materials and job aids for onboarding and training on Salesforce.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users.
    • Deliver training sessions to ensure proficiency in Salesforce and related technologies.
    • Stay updated on Salesforce releases to recommend new functionalities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions.
  • Strong grasp of CRM processes within the manufacturing sector.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management experience and knowledge of methodologies like Agile.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
