Title: IT Business Process Optimization Manager

Location: Hybrid

Role Summary

As the IT Business Process Optimization Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring that technology initiatives align seamlessly with our strategic business goals. Your role will involve fostering collaboration across various departments to facilitate the effective adoption of innovative processes and systems. A keen understanding of business requirements and the ability to convert them into actionable strategies will be essential in this position. You will play a crucial role in the implementation of Salesforce, enhancing our operational capabilities and driving value through strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Integration
    • Establish and nurture robust relationships across all organizational levels.
    • Gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations, including processes, objectives, and requirements.
    • Engage proactively with business stakeholders to uncover opportunities for process enhancement and value generation.
    • Execute initiatives that are aligned with the overarching business vision and priorities.
    • Serve as a liaison between business units and IT.
  • Innovative Solutions Development
    • Facilitate the Salesforce implementation across all divisions, understanding business needs and establishing user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
    • Utilize insights into business challenges to identify technological or process-based solutions.
    • Conduct thorough process analysis to pinpoint gaps and areas for enhancement.
    • Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Promote value-driven decision-making and consensus towards streamlined processes.
    • Maintain technical proficiency in Salesforce and related systems.
    • Build strong connections with the Salesforce team and user community.
    • Optimize ROI by evaluating adoption and value realization.
    • Assist with basic Salesforce configurations as necessary.
    • Collaborate with project management to oversee testing processes and ensure resolution of issues.
  • Continuous Improvement and Advancement
    • Drive the ongoing enhancement and adoption of solutions by working with business leaders and IT on strategic projects.
    • Identify opportunities where technology can improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with teams to evolve capabilities in processes and tools for maximum value realization.
    • Enhance user experience across platforms through cross-functional collaboration.
    • Innovate by leveraging tools such as AI and machine learning for value creation.
  • Change Management
    • Prepare the organization for changes associated with process improvements.
    • Create training materials and resources to support onboarding and usage of Salesforce.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users.
    • Deliver training sessions to ensure proficiency in Salesforce and related technologies.
    • Stay informed on Salesforce updates and recommend new functionalities.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions in a relevant role.
  • Strong grasp of CRM processes within the manufacturing sector.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, is advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management experience, with knowledge of methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
