Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Contracts Manager to work on a large airport project. As a key member of our Critical Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for contract administration, ensuring contract compliance, and collaborating with the Commercial Manager to create accurate reporting on contract performance.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for contract administration, including contractual communications, instructions, and variations.
  • Ensure contract compliance across the program and guarantee that the program delivery teams understand their contractual obligations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Commercial Manager to create and maintain accurate reporting on contract performance.
  • Coach, mentor, and support the career development of staff.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in pre and post contract functions in large, international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.
  • Working knowledge of Canadian contract laws.
  • Knowledge of building construction, quantity surveying, contracts, procurement, and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable coordinating large groups of stakeholders, including workshop facilitation.
  • Recognized degree in project management, quantity surveying, or another related field.
