Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as mobility, personal hygiene, and feeding
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and report any concerns to the nursing team
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by changing linens and cleaning residents' rooms
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents and their families
Requirements:
  • Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
