Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care and manage the health needs of youth in our program
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and guardians to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Develop and implement a comprehensive health and wellness plan for each youth
- Administer medication and engage in medication reconciliation processes
- Conduct health screenings and ensure all immunizations are current
- Assist with nursing assessments and provide ongoing evaluation of youth
- Provide brief crisis counseling and assist with crisis prevention planning
- Monitor laboratory reports and initiate appropriate action
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines
- Two years of pediatric/adolescent and/or psychiatric nursing experience preferred
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- Certified in CPR and Standard First Aid
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
