Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care and manage the ongoing health needs of youth in our program. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and guardians to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care and manage the health needs of youth in our program
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and guardians to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive health and wellness plan for each youth
  • Administer medication and engage in medication reconciliation processes
  • Conduct health screenings and ensure all immunizations are current
  • Assist with nursing assessments and provide ongoing evaluation of youth
  • Provide brief crisis counseling and assist with crisis prevention planning
  • Monitor laboratory reports and initiate appropriate action
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines
Requirements
  • Two years of pediatric/adolescent and/or psychiatric nursing experience preferred
  • Active RN license in Massachusetts
  • Certified in CPR and Standard First Aid
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
