Safety and Security Associate Job Description

At National Life Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Safety and Security Associate to join our team. As a key member of our safety and security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, tenants, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce physical security policies and procedures to prevent vandalism, theft, and other criminal behavior.
  • Monitor surveillance equipment and access points to ensure the security of our premises.
  • Process visitors and greet guests to our campus.
  • Investigate security breaches and incidents, and prepare draft reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with the safety and security team to promote a culture of safety and security within the organization.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some physical security experience or law enforcement or emergency management experience preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be CPR/First Aid certified or be able to achieve certification within 3 months.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
