Job Title: Associate Director of Development, Asia Pacific Division

The Nature Conservancy is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Development to join our Asia Pacific Division team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure major gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations to support our conservation efforts in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure major gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key donors and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to identify and pursue new funding opportunities
  • Manage and track multiple prospects and donors
  • Develop and implement effective stewardship plans to ensure donor satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience
  • Demonstrated experience in cultivating and ultimately securing major gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key donors and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
