Target Base Salary Range:
$48,000 - $67,000

Key Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Specialist I plays a crucial role in the daily functions of the Customer Service Group. This position is responsible for efficiently addressing customer inquiries via phone and email, managing orders, product availability, pricing, delivery service requests, billing, and resolving issues through appropriate channels. Maintaining organized customer files and accounts is essential, and prior experience with CRM database management is advantageous. Collaboration with Logistics and Manufacturing departments is necessary to meet expected product lead times and handle service requests from customers. Additionally, this role supports the field sales team by providing technical and administrative product information and documentation to effectively meet customer needs. Working closely with the sales organization, the Customer Service Specialist I delivers vital administrative support to ensure smooth customer interactions and satisfaction.

The base salary range represents what NanoString compensates for a position within a salary grade based on external market data compared to similar roles in our industry. Employees typically enter a salary grade at the lower-to-mid-point of the range.

Additional compensation elements include a discretionary annual bonus, incentive compensation for sales roles, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off, including designated holidays.
