Job Title: Team Leader - Permanent Supportive Housing

Pathways To Housing DC Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Permanent Supportive Housing (PSHP) team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the daily operation and clinical supervision of Case Managers in the PSHP program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and facilitate the professional development of Case Managers
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to determine staffing needs and interview potential Case Managers
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate Case Managers in conjunction with Clinical Supervisors and Program Manager
  • Plan and implement all client services in collaboration with Case Managers
  • Supervise electronic and written record-keeping activities
  • Coordinate services with other community treatment, support, and social services
  • Represent PSHP in internal meetings and external related meetings
  • Coordinate the use of agency vehicles designated for use by the PSHP
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field from an accredited College
  • DC licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW), or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • 2 years' experience in case management and/or counseling services to individuals/families experiencing homelessness or other related populations
  • Experience supervising staff performing case management services strongly desired
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, as well as computer literacy
  • Patience, creativity, flexibility, compassion, and sensitivity to persons with disabilities and other minority populations
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly desired
  • Driver's license and access to motor vehicle required
