Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Produce Associate Team Leader to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our produce department, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of produce associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of produce associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive store image.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display of produce products.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 18+ months retail team member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
