Practice Administrator

Job Summary:
The Associate Practice Administrator is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and evaluate staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient satisfaction and staff productivity
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, registration, and billing
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Investigate and resolve patient complaints and concerns
- Reconcile financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) technology
