Russell Tobin & Associates is looking for an IAM Engineer to work remotely with a leading athletic footwear and apparel corporation.

This position is integral to a team dedicated to the development, implementation, and maintenance of security technology strategies that create a robust security framework, enabling the client to adopt new business technologies and services efficiently and securely.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate client applications into IAM solutions and services.
  • Assist in the creation of custom connectors and new APIs.
  • Support the management of existing production systems and contribute to training and documentation as necessary.
  • Model and develop IAM Role/Policy objects and manage access requests.
  • Design and implement integration connectors for cross-IAM solutions.
  • Incorporate role-based access control, Single Sign-On, user provisioning, and reconciliation services with current applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with Business IT teams to enhance the security posture of their application and solution portfolios.
  • Develop new interfaces through plugin development.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of features and tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of twelve years in information technology, with at least eight years in identity and access management development roles.
  • At least eight years of experience in IAM deployment and engineering, specifically with SailPoint.
  • Expertise in SailPoint version 8.3.
  • Experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with new applications using custom connectors and API development.
  • Advanced knowledge of web services and SCIM-based connectors.
  • Comprehensive hands-on experience with the SailPoint suite, including LCM, Certifications, Provisioning, and Role Management.
  • Experience in plugin development, covering both frontend and backend API aspects.
  • Lead integrations for both internal and external systems/applications using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Experience in developing, testing, and troubleshooting custom System/Application Connectors within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Proficient in IIQ, Microsoft Active Directory, relational databases, Java, BeanShell, REST API, and web services.
  • Understanding of RBAC, Identity Policies, Identity Lifecycle automation, Password Policies, Separation of Duties, User Provisioning, and approval workflows in SailPoint IIQ.
  • Experience with SSF and rapid setup frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SSD deployment frameworks and Git repositories.
  • Experience in cloud environments and with Splunk logging tools.
  • Trustworthy in maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive data.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CICD Build Tools and Agile methodologies.
  • Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
