Merchandiser Specialist Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for representing hundreds of brands across various retail locations, executing a variety of retail merchandising activities, and growing sales for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Locate merchandise in the backroom of stores to place product on the floor.
  • Stock and pack out products to ensure shoppers find what they need.
  • Front face products to make sure product shelves look their best.
  • Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and bring them to the store.
  • Install and place promotional materials as outlined in instructions.
  • Display set up and maintenance for various products throughout the store.
  • Reset displays or product areas based on client needs.
  • Answer simple, step-by-step questions within our field technology on your mobile device.
  • Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
  • Represent our company and clients in retail stores within your assigned area.

Requirements:

  • Enjoy working independently in stores while building and maintaining relationships with store associates and managers.
  • Owning your stores and becoming the go-to Premium resource due to built relationships.
  • Effectively communicating with store associates, store managers, and Premium team members.
  • Leveraging support from and sharing best practices with our merchandising team nationwide.
  • Contacting our Operations Support Center for help with challenges in store.
  • Completing work within the provided timeframe.
  • Closely following detailed instructions to ensure accuracy.
  • Reporting work the same day it's completed.
