We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our retail store operations at Philadelphia Brewing Company. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
- Lead and manage a team of retail staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and ordering processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
- Implement and maintain effective customer service standards, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions

Requirements
