**Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize takeout and delivery operations to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, offering menu recommendations, and addressing concerns or issues.
- Accurately input orders into the POS system, verify order details, and coordinate with the kitchen staff for timely preparation and packaging.
- Carefully assemble and package orders, maintaining food quality and presentation standards.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers or third-party services to ensure prompt and efficient order deliveries.
- Process payments for takeout orders, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
**Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or foodservice roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
