Job Description

At Poly Print Inc, we're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Director. This key role plays a vital part in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources and managing staff.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. A minimum of one year supervisory or management experience, along with strong communication skills, is essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accomplish customer service human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
  • Achieve customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
