Position Overview:
As a Client Trust Services Representative, you will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at supporting Trust Wealth Advisors, Investment Advisors, and clients with their account management and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Your daily activities will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining effective communication with both internal and external clients, utilizing both verbal and written formats.
  • Drafting client correspondence under the guidance of Advisors.
  • Preparing presentations tailored for existing clients.
  • Proactively identifying client and Advisor needs, addressing issues with appropriate guidance.
  • Managing accounts from initiation to closure, ensuring Advisors are informed of significant changes or concerns.
  • Assisting Advisors with necessary client annual reviews and resolving account exceptions.
  • Upholding service standards and engaging in required outreach activities.
  • Providing office support during emergencies.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly in word processing and spreadsheets (e.g., Word, Excel).
  • Self-motivated and reliable.
  • Aptitude for learning trust systems and new technologies.
  • Ability to make independent decisions within established parameters.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for all levels of personnel and clients.
  • Strong grammar, spelling, and business writing capabilities.
  • Capacity to develop and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks efficiently.
  • Capability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor.
  • Familiarity with investment, fiduciary, and estate planning concepts is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a trust department or a related field is beneficial.
