Position Overview:
As a Client Trust Services Representative, you will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at supporting Trust Wealth Advisors, Investment Advisors, and clients with their account management and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Your daily activities will encompass, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining effective communication with both internal and external clients, utilizing both verbal and written formats.
- Drafting client correspondence under the guidance of Advisors.
- Preparing presentations tailored for existing clients.
- Proactively identifying client and Advisor needs, addressing issues with appropriate guidance.
- Managing accounts from initiation to closure, ensuring Advisors are informed of significant changes or concerns.
- Assisting Advisors with necessary client annual reviews and resolving account exceptions.
- Upholding service standards and engaging in required outreach activities.
- Providing office support during emergencies.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly in word processing and spreadsheets (e.g., Word, Excel).
- Self-motivated and reliable.
- Aptitude for learning trust systems and new technologies.
- Ability to make independent decisions within established parameters.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for all levels of personnel and clients.
- Strong grammar, spelling, and business writing capabilities.
- Capacity to develop and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks efficiently.
- Capability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with investment, fiduciary, and estate planning concepts is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a trust department or a related field is beneficial.
