Top Performing Subaru Sales Professional

We're seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team at South Shore Subaru As a top-performing Subaru Sales Professional, you'll have the opportunity to earn a six-figure income while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. With a proven track record of mentoring and promoting top talent into management roles, our seasoned Used Car Director will guide you every step of the way.
Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 per year inclusive commission and bonuses
Responsibilities: As a Pre-Owned Sales Professional, your key duties will include achieving sales and leasing targets, addressing customer needs, and utilizing our sales control system. You'll also ensure timely delivery of vehicles and maintain accurate paperwork. Furthermore, you'll promote our services and products to existing customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Requirements: Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 2 years' experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
