We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our Customer Experience team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting our customers in navigating our innovative technology platform, and developing strategies to enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build proactive customer relationships to answer inquiries and provide non-legal immigration support
  • Problem-solve in real-time, collaborating with internal teams as needed
  • Support affiliated law firms to assist foreign nationals with immigration processes
  • Assist new and existing customers in navigating our technology platform
  • Develop strategies to enhance the user experience and advocate for customers' best interests
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Genuine desire to provide an outstanding customer experience
  • Passion for technology and innovative products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-performing technology company
  • Bachelor's Degree (desirable) or relevant experience
