Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expansion at the state and local government level for PayIt. This role will lead the development and execution of a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets within assigned territories.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, IT leaders, and procurement officers within state and local agencies.
  • Understand client needs and challenges, and deliver compelling SaaS solutions that align with their objectives, focusing on the value our platform provides to public sector clients.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to close, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting, and reporting on sales activity and progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
