The ETF Regional VP position plays a vital role in increasing Allianz Investment Management ETF sales within a designated territory. This is achieved through direct contact with financial professionals, focusing on building relationships with non-producing Allianz financial professionals to utilize ETF products and driving existing Allianz ETF sales with current advisors.

As an ETF Regional VP, you'll work closely with business partners, including External/Internal Annuity Retirement Consultants and Allianz Investment Management, to develop, grow, and retain relationships that drive ETF sales with financial professionals in an assigned territory. Key responsibilities include delivering ETF sales ideas, education, non-product value to advisors, continuing education, retirement strategies presentations, portfolio construction, and FinTech demonstrations.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in financial services with a proven track record of results.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills are essential.
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 certification is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales in the financial services industry and/or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field, or an industry designation such as: CFP, ChFC or CIMA.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support the True Balance of our employees and their families, including a base salary range of $63,000 - $70,000 plus variable compensation, driven by assigned territory and individual sales performance. A portion of the total compensation is based on commissions.
