Your Contributions:

  • Engage with a Discerning Clientele: Cultivate relationships with influential residents and prospective tenants.
  • Maximize Your Earnings: Benefit from competitive rental rates, translating into significant commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct property tours and follow up with prospective tenants.
  • Facilitate the leasing process and manage pre-leasing activities.
  • Organize retention initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Complete all necessary leasing documentation and maintain accurate resident records.
  • Oversee property vacancies and ensure model apartments are well-maintained.
  • Assist management in fostering positive resident relations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and brokers.
  • Prepare and analyze leasing reports and market surveys.
  • Monitor market trends and assess competitive properties.
  • Recommend and manage marketing campaigns to optimize traffic results.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary range of $55,000 - $60,000 plus commission and discretionary bonuses.

Qualifications
  • Experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality is preferred.
  • A college degree or relevant coursework is advantageous.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, is required.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and social media.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Proven closing abilities and experience managing applicant databases.
  • Commitment to obtaining a real estate license is expected.
  • Familiarity with Yardi or similar software is a plus.
