Leasing Specialist
Join the Questar team at 414 Light Street, a 394-unit ultra-luxury high-rise apartment building We’re looking for a dynamic Leasing Specialist to help us reach our occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring our residents enjoy exceptional service throughout their stay.
What You’ll Do:
- Lease apartments by conducting engaging property tours and building strong relationships with prospective and current residents.
- Respond promptly to leads via Internet, text, email, or phone, and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Prepare lease paperwork, coordinate move-ins, and ensure a smooth experience for new residents.
- Keep resident databases up-to-date and accurate.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in resident retention efforts, including planning and attending social events.
- Ensure common areas and model units are always in pristine condition.
- Support marketing efforts through outreach and social media management.
- Comply with Fair Housing Standards and uphold professional appearance standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A team player with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous leasing experience and familiarity with property management software like Yardi.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in property management or sales.
