Role Overview:
The Project Engineer/Architect is expected to possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience and hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or Architecture.
This role involves conducting a variety of diagnostic investigations under the guidance of senior team members, focusing on the assessment of damage and deterioration in existing structures, as well as performing condition evaluations for property stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments under the supervision of senior staff to generate accurate technical reports and repair documentation.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Perform all design and drafting tasks related to repairs.
- Support Project Managers and senior personnel with assigned technical responsibilities.
- Develop detailed technical specifications.
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to Staff Engineers and Interns as required.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or Architecture from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of five years of professional experience.
- Strong collaborative skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Prior experience in design and/or investigation is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit software.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
