HR Operations Specialist
Location:Remote
Reports to:HR Regional Manager
Travel: Required (up to 15%)
Compensation Range:$67K - $85K
POSITION SUMMARYThis role is essential in managing a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee the entire employment lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Address employee relations concerns and conduct necessary investigations.
- Provide support on performance assessments and benefits management.
- Coordinate employee benefits and manage time tracking systems.
- Collaborate with payroll operations to ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Serve as a resource for HR-related inquiries and maintain precise HR documentation.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and promote employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide HR support to remote locations as needed.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, focusing on generalist functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll, and time & attendance systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support remote offices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Safety/OSHA regulations is advantageous.
- PHR certification or equivalent.
- Experience in a multi-site environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to interpret financial documents, business literature, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Competence in calculating various financial metrics and percentages.
- Proficient in MS Office, HR laws, and regulations.
- Experience with ADP is preferred.
- Physical activities include walking, talking, sitting, and standing.
- Potential exposure to loud noise and machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
