ROLE SUMMARY

This role is essential in managing a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee all phases of the employment lifecycle, including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Address employee relations concerns and conduct necessary investigations.
  • Provide support on performance assessments and benefits management.
  • Facilitate employee benefits coordination and manage time tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Serve as a resource for HR-related inquiries and maintain precise HR documentation.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
  • Deliver HR support to remote locations as needed.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, focusing on generalist functions.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, payroll, and time & attendance systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support remote offices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Safety/OSHA regulations is advantageous.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • PHR certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in a multi-site environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
  • Ability to interpret financial documents and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
MATHEMATICAL ABILITIES
  • Skilled in calculating various financial metrics and percentages.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
  • Proficient in MS Office, HR laws, and regulations.
  • Experience with ADP is preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Physical activities include walking, talking, sitting, and standing.
  • Potential exposure to loud noise and machinery in a manufacturing setting.
  • Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
