Job Title: Driver for Sales Team Member

At Tom James Company, we are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to support our top-selling sales members. As a Driver, you will play a crucial role in the success of our leading sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport our Sales Professional safely to client appointments throughout the Newton, MA area.
  • Ensure timely and efficient transportation to meet the needs of our Sales Professional and clients.
  • Adhere to a fluctuating schedule, which may include early morning and evening shifts.
  • Meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 25 lbs. frequently.
Requirements:
  • Punctual and regular attendance is essential.
  • Professional image and attire are required to interface with corporate clients.
  • Highly energetic and flexible individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a vehicle provided by the Sales Professional.
  • $300,000 in liability and collision insurance.
Benefits:
  • Starting pay of $25.00 per hour.
  • Overtime pay at 1.5 times hourly rate for hours exceeding 40 per week.
  • 401(k) with employer matching contributions, profit sharing, PTO, and employee stock purchase program.
