Job DescriptionAt Opulo, Inc, we're revolutionizing the manufacturing landscape with our innovative desktop Pick and Place machine. Our vision is to make it easy and accessible for businesses to produce high-quality products in-house, without the need for expensive factory contracts. As our Technical Sales Lead, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our Sales program and driving business growth. Your mission will be to help businesses discover the benefits of desktop PCBA assembly and identify new sales opportunities. You'll work closely with our leadership team to understand customer needs and inform the development of our next-generation products. If you're passionate about sales, technical expertise, and making a real impact, we want you to join our team as our Technical Sales Lead. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cold calling, email marketing, and trade show attendance
  • Collaborate with our engineering and product teams to ensure our products meet customer needs and stay ahead of the competition
  • Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they get the most out of our products
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or manufacturing industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of PCB assembly and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
