Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Architect to lead our Mission Critical team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing project team leadership and coordination, ensuring design intent is incorporated into construction documentation, and mentoring and leading teams in the production of accurate technical and contract documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project team leadership and coordination for finished plans, specifications, and material selections.
  • Mentor and lead teams in the production of accurate technical and contract documentation for project construction.
  • Mentor and lead construction administration duties, including bid review and support, site visits, addressing technical issues, and improving quality during construction.
  • Work with government and regulatory agencies to achieve overall project schedule and objectives.
  • Manage, mentor, and recruit talent, including resources to produce 3D software renderings and critical presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited program.
  • Minimum 4 years related experience (completion of master's degree in a related field may be substituted for one year of experience).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to apply intensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices to broad areas of assignments.
  • Previous consulting experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Autocad and Microstation.
  • Demonstrated progress toward becoming a Registered Architect.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $135,000. Our extensive benefits package takes care of you so that you can focus on doing great work.
