is tasked with ensuring safe, prompt, and courteous transportation for residents to and from various events while delivering exceptional service.
Starting rate of $17-$18 per hour.

ResponsibilitiesKey Duties:
- Assist residents with any special requirements during transportation, such as carrying belongings, opening doors, and helping residents in and out of the vehicle and to their destination.
- Provide miscellaneous pickup and delivery services as required.
- Coordinate the activities of other Sunrise Senior Living team members who are assisting in a driving role, as spotters or in resident care capacities.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess the appropriate federal and state licenses, such as a CDL (commercial driver's license) and chauffeur license, along with an acceptable driving record in accordance with Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) and state regulations.
- Must be knowledgeable of all safety protocols and adhere to safety procedures.
- Ability to remain calm in emergency situations and show consideration.
- Ability to operate a chair lift and secure standard and mechanical wheelchairs and scooters.
- Ability to work semi-independently without direct supervision by following all community procedures and demonstrating initiative in completing assigned tasks.
