Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams in the development of comprehensive plans, specifications, and material selections, ensuring that design intentions are accurately reflected in construction documentation.
  • Guide and mentor teams in producing precise technical and contractual documentation necessary for project execution.
  • Oversee construction administration tasks, including bid evaluations, site inspections, addressing technical challenges, and enhancing quality during the construction phase.
  • Collaborate with governmental and regulatory bodies to meet project timelines and objectives.
  • Manage, mentor, and recruit talent, including resources for creating 3D software renderings and essential presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience (a master's degree in a related field may substitute for one year of experience).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to apply extensive knowledge of principles and practices across diverse assignments.
  • Adept at developing innovative solutions to encountered challenges.
  • Prior consulting experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation.
  • Demonstrated progress towards becoming a Registered Architect.

Compensation:

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $95,000 and $135,000. This range is provided in accordance with local and state regulations and is influenced by various factors, including education, qualifications, prior experience, and work location. The total annual compensation package will include a base salary and eligibility for our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
