About the ECM Program Manager Role

The Amity Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ECM Program Manager to oversee the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) - Community Supports (CS) project in an assigned county. This is an exempt position that requires a strong background in healthcare management, community development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and continuously improve the ECM-CS program in the assigned county, ensuring the needs of members are met.
  • Team Management and Supervision: Manage and supervise the work of assigned staff/team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Contract Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Comply with contract requirements, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure program integrity and compliance.
  • Staff Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train a multi-disciplinary team, including Advocates, Housing Navigators, and Quality Assurance Specialists.
  • Community Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and address the comprehensive needs of students.
  • Financial Management and Budgeting: Oversee and coordinate the allocation of designated resources, administer the record-keeping and reporting functions, and ensure compliance with stated mission, goals, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Program Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate program operations and activities in terms of overall effectiveness and compliance, implementing improvements and modifications as necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in the community and within the organization.
  • Knowledge of Contract Parameters and Objectives: Understanding of contract parameters, objectives, milestones, and other deliverables.
  • Contracting Process and Regulations: Knowledge of contracting process and associated local, state, federal, and other regulations.
  • Financial Management and Budgeting: Ability to integrate budgetary and service utilization data, forecast expenditures, and respond to ensure both effective provider utilization and budget compliance.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Ability to work constructively with diverse people and with parties that may have divergent perspectives and interests.
  • Communication and Reporting: Ability to clearly express concepts and direction, both orally and in writing, and to prepare complex reports, policies, and procedures.
  • Amity Policies and Procedures: Understanding and appropriate application of Amity policies and procedures and adherence to agency-wide practices and regulations.
