Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:
Oversee the daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.

Lean Process Optimization:
Apply Lean methodologies to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies, improve flow, and enhance supply chain performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Inventory Management:
Manage inventory control processes, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment. Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.

Customer Focus:
Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring timely order fulfillment and addressing customer inquiries and issues. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Budget Management:
Develop and manage the operational budget for the distribution center, monitoring expenditures and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to optimize budget allocation and reduce costs.

Collaboration:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or related field.

Experience:
5+ years of experience in distribution center operations, with at least 2 years in a management role. Strong experience with Lean manufacturing or Lean distribution techniques; Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Must possess excellent project management skills, including demonstrated ability to develop and manage to a project plan, establish priorities, work to deadlines, and control a number of projects at various stages of work.

Pay Details:
