Education Specialist for Elementary Schools

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of elementary students with special needs? We are currently seeking an experienced Education Specialist to join our team at Sunbelt Staffing in Lewiston, ME.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill this 24/25 school year full-time position. As an Education Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with students, parents, and educators to create personalized learning plans that cater to each child's unique needs.
About the Role:
- Teach elementary school students with special needs in a supportive and inclusive environment
- Develop and implement tailored learning plans that meet the individual needs of each student
- Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for students and families
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and guardians
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience working in special education
- Maine Special Education License
