Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Special Education Support Specialist to join our team. As an Educational Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with complex learning and developmental needs in a variety of settings
  • Assist teachers in developing and implementing IEPs
  • Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
  • Experience working with students with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
