Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in conversations about their home service needs and explain the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales consultants to visit customers' homes to provide estimates for product and services.
  • Build rapport and relationships with the store's leadership team.
  • Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in retail is highly desired but not required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for 4-8 hours at a time.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to use a smartphone for email and text communication.
