Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Are you a motivated and results-driven sales professional looking for a challenging opportunity in the clean energy industry? Do you enjoy building relationships with business owners and decision-makers to offer industry-leading energy products and rates? We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Sales Focus Inc., representing our client Constellation Energy in B2B outside sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with business-to-business sales, meeting decision-makers and building relationships to offer energy products and rates to business owners through fixed-rate contracts.
  • Provide decision-makers with the necessary information to make informed decisions about their energy provider.
  • Review utility bills with prospects to determine if we can offer a more affordable and cleaner energy product.
  • Develop a dynamic and results-driven approach to drive sales outside of the office environment.
  • Utilize a hunter mentality to be outside and in front of as many prospects as possible to take advantage of unlimited earnings potential.
What We Offer:
  • A full-time, W-2 role with a base pay and an industry-leading uncapped commission structure.
  • A flexible Monday-to-Friday work schedule with typical 8-hour shifts between 8AM-6PM.
  • Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision, available after 90 days of employment.
  • Two weeks of accrued, paid time off, plus 10 paid holidays.
  • Earning potential of $80,000+ with opportunities for more earnings through uncapped commissions and bonuses.
