About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Manager of Standards Administration. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the project administration process for the development of dental standards in accordance with Association policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the project administration process for the development of dental standards
  • Coordinate the activities relating to the Association's standards development programs
  • Manage standards volunteers, maintain departmental budget, and contract management
  • Update webpages and record keeping needed for adherence with ANSI accreditation
  • Write and communicate information that is clear, concise, and understandable
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or minimum 9 years experience in lieu of degree)
  • 5 years experience working in project management, standards, and/or administration
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and customer service skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with volunteers in a collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
