About the Role

The American Dental Association is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the position of Manager of Standards Administration. This role is responsible for managing the project administration process for the development of dental standards in accordance with Association policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage standards volunteers and maintain departmental budget
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, sales, and promotion of standards in the ADA Store
  • Update webpages and maintain records for adherence with ANSI accreditation
  • Collaborate with volunteers in a collaborative environment
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently within established time frames
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 9 years experience in lieu of degree
  • 5 years experience working in project management, standards, and/or administration
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work with volunteers and manage multiple projects
