About the Role:

This position involves providing technical training, mentorship, and coaching to individuals looking to develop their skills in power generation. You will work closely with world-class technologists and experienced technical managers to design and implement training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver technical training programs focused on areas such as assembly, supply chain, systems analysis, design, quality, reliability, digital integration, and test.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and lean leadership to develop best-practice electrical assembly stations for GE Controls technology.
  • Support senior engineering team members in project development and implementation.
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, good problem-solving methods, root cause analysis, and analytical skills. A strong understanding of technical concepts, including power generation, assembly, and supply chain management, is essential. Experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a similar industry, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on location and experience.
