Key Responsibilities- Support small group tutoring sessions in reading or math, providing individualized attention to students as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance and progress.
- Assist in the preparation of instructional materials and resources for Title I programs.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members.
- Participate in professional development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and administrators.
- Support a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence.
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution of higher learning.
- 48 semester hours or 72 quarter hours from an accredited institution of higher learning.
- Pass the Ohio Department of Education approved Parapro examination administered by the Educational Testing Service (ETS) or by the Ohio State University (OSU).
- High school diploma or GED recognized by the Ohio Department of Education.
