Enrollment Counselor

This role serves as a primary point of contact for prospective learners, providing education and guidance on online degree programs, career outcomes, and financing options. The Enrollment Counselor will build relationships with learners, helping them navigate the enrollment process and make informed decisions about their educational objectives.

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective learners, providing education and guidance on online degree programs and career outcomes.
• Assist learners in navigating the enrollment process, including initial relationship development, exploration of needs, and personalized solution offerings.
• Utilize consultative relationship building skills to promote Capella's online degree programs and services.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support team goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, career outcomes, and financing options to provide accurate and informed guidance to learners.

• Previous professional sales experience, preferably in education or a related field.
• BA/BS in a relevant field or commensurate experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a goal-driven and measured performance environment.
• High achievement-orientation and drive.
• Ability to work 9am-6pm with periodic late coverage from 11am-8pm.
