We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Enrollment Counselor to join our team. As an Enrollment Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, providing them with information about our programs and services, and helping them make informed decisions about their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct initial consultations with prospective students to assess their educational goals and provide them with information about our programs and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, providing them with ongoing support and guidance throughout the enrollment process.
- Collaborate with other members of the enrollment team to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process.
- Stay up-to-date on program and policy changes, and communicate this information to prospective students as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. education, counseling, communications).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience in higher education or a related field.
