Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Office Administrator to join our team at Geoprobe Systems®. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing customer records, generating and maintaining accurate data, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and enter qualified prospective customers into our company database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain customer records, correcting contact information and communication preferences as needed
  • Create purchase requisitions on behalf of the marketing department
  • Establish customer accounts in the customer portal
  • Maintain customer event registration lists
  • Respond to employee requests for branded apparel, maintaining inventory counts
  • Answer and route customer phone calls
  • Develop a strong understanding of our company culture, industries served, and customer needs
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Enter used-rig listings on our website using the content management system
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in database management, marketing, and/or communications
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to see the big picture and ask thoughtful questions
  • Able to work 25-29 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics
  • Mechanical aptitude
