Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compression Account Manager to join our sales team at Exline, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share within specific sales territories.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Seek out new prospects and continue to interact with existing customers to promote and sell reciprocating products, services, and parts.
  • Deliver all aspects of client service, development, growth, and maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work effectively with internal operations, scheduling, and sales teams to achieve sales objectives.
  • Maintain customer information, contacts, and opportunities within our CRM system.
  • Travel 50-75% of the time throughout the geographic territory, including overnights and day travel.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in upstream, midstream, and downstream compression.
  • Impeccable verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of the oil and gas industry, with a focus on sales.
  • Demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and ask for assistance when necessary.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Understanding of financial reports, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Working Conditions:

This role operates in a clerical, office setting, vehicle, and industrial plant environment. The successful candidate will be required to travel extensively, using company-issued vehicles or commercial travel means, with overnight stays. Business will be conducted in-person and/or remotely from home office or other locations.
