Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all activities related to the operations of Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, and Care Homes
  • Support the establishment of robust processes and standards
  • Develop and maintain customer service relationships
  • Facilitate better communication between clients, coworkers, and external parties
  • Monitor performance and report any discrepancies
  • Keep records of customer service relation activities and inform management of any issues or threats to patient care
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and privacy regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in managing or working with Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, and Care Homes
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and successfully collaborate with clients and colleagues
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and privacy regulations
  • Ability to accurately maintain detailed records and reports
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certification
