The Territory Business Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Immunology sales growth through the execution of sales strategies. As part of the PI Sales Team, this individual will report to the Sr. Regional Business Director.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Regional Business Director and multiple customer-facing team members to ensure patients receive comprehensive support throughout their PI journey.
- Develop and execute demand generation efforts, focusing on educating and informing healthcare professionals about Takeda brands for Primary Immune Disease patients.
- Manage the complexity of the IG marketplace, including distribution and site of care.
- Work with third-party specialty pharmacies to ensure patients receive timely access to therapy.
- Compliantly follow all policies and guidelines, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and upholding Takeda culture and values.
- Clinical sales background with a Bachelor of Science degree (minimum)
- 7+ years of demonstrated successful relevant healthcare experience, managing and being accountable for own business
- Results-driven, with a track record of results and compliance throughout career
- Understanding of customers' motivations and needs
- Business acumen and knowledge of sales processes
- Territory planning skills required
- Experience displaying ability to excel in team and individual contributor settings
- Effective at acquiring and analyzing customer data to create sales strategies
- Change agility skills and experiences required
- Knowledge of and experience in Immunology desirable
- Biotech experience desirable
- Experience with Specialty Pharmacy encouraged
- Results in influencing HCPs to prescribe and product launch experience
- Conduct physician engagements on evenings, including execution of Peer-to-Peer programming
- Requirement to support conventions and meetings supporting Immunology
Able to travel 70% of the time, including ability to travel overnight and occasionally on weekends
Must be 18 years of age or older with valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
Must have authorization and ability to drive a company leased vehicle or rental

For Location: USA - NC - Virtual
U.S. Base Salary Range: $138,300.00 - $190,300.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
